Offer of Czech language courses for foreigners as a part of intensive preparation for studies at Czech universities and in Czech environment. Target groups of the courses are:

Yearlong course of Czech language for foreigners

Date of the course: 9.9.2016 - 31.8.2017 
Total amount of lessons: 28 lessons/week - 976 lessons/year

One-year Czech language course will teach students the system of Czech grammar, syntax and appropriate range of vocabulary. At the end of the course students will be able to use language on level B2. 
The instruction will be from Monday to Friday. 
All the language courses are led by experienced instructors with relevant qualifications in the field of Czech language for foreigners. 
The price includes also Czech language instruction of 28 lessons a week including basic study material. The course is concluded by an examination. Students who complete the course successfully will obtain a certificate.

Yearlong combined course of Czech language for foreigners

Date of the course: 5.8.2016 - 31.8.2017 
Total amount of lessons: 32 - 40 lessons/week

For those students confident enough who do not want to spend a year studying only Czech language, we offer a “combined” program which enables them to combine a Czech language course at the Centre with study of their chosen bachelor’s program at VSKE in the full extent. 
Students will take an exam in the Czech language (level B1) in the half of November. This will enable them to study both the language course and the Bachelor’s study program. The students will take same exams like students of KEC Inc. and after their enrollment to KEC Inc. results of the exams will be automaticaly acknowledge as valid and students will not have to do them again during their bachelor program.

Yearlong special course of Czech language for foreigners

Date of the course: 9.9.2016 - 31.8.2017 
Total amount of lessons: 28-32 lessons/week

The Centre does not provide only intensive language courses. It also offers preparatory courses for study at universities (economic, technical and focused on humanities) in the Czech Republic. 
Study of economic disciplines requires good knowledge of mathematics and English, and also passing a Czech language examination. It is possible to study economics at more than 15 institutions of university education of various specializations in bachelor, master, and doctoral programs. 
Entrance exams are focused on high-school level of knowledge of mathematics and foreign language. Some institutions require a Czech language examination and a test of general study abilities. The instruction in this course will be focused on specific requirements during entrance examinations. 
At the end of the course student will take final exam on the level B2.

Course organization: 
The course lasts two semesters. The winter semester focuses mainly on Czech language. Students gain basic communicative skills and learn Czech grammar at such a level that enable them orientation in everyday situations. Stress is also laid on written performance and students’ ability to present their opinions effectively. Students will also become acquainted with Czech life and institutions. 
The summer semester is focused on Czech language for specific purposes that are necessary for entrance exams and for study at university.

Semestral course of Czech language for foreigners

Date of the course: 8.1.2016 - 31.8.2016 
Total amount of lessons: 28 lessons /week

Semestral courses help students gain adequate vocabulary and grammar knowledge for effective communication in everyday situations.
At the end of the course students will be able to use language on level B1 or level B2 if they will carry out their study duties responsibly.
All the language courses are led by experienced instructors with relevant qualifications in the field of Czech language for foreigners.
The price includes also Czech language instruction of 28 lessons a week including basic study material. The course is concluded by an examination. Students who complete the course successfully will obtain a certificate.

Summer introductory course

Date of the course: 3.7.2015 – 30.7.2016 / 31.7.2016 – 27.8.2016 
Total amount of lessons: 20 lessons/week

In the intensive summer Czech language course, students will gain skills for basic communication. Students will get additional knowledge about Czech Republic, Czech life and institutions and about whole sociocultural environment.
The instruction has a diverting form to create congenial atmosphere.
It is possible even for students who started the course at the beginner level to achieve A1 level provided they carry out their study duties responsibly.

Online courses of Czech language

Date of the course: new course begins every 1st of each month

At this point the Specialized centre of education and languages is preparing new conception of instruction of Czech language online. Thereby we would like to porovide Czech language tutoring to applicants who are not able to attend courses in Czech Republic for any reason or to those who want to be prepared before they will come to Czech Republic.
After finishing the course students will be able to use language on level A1/A2 which will help them to enter new environment.
